Project Management

We utilize a “Project Management” approach to each job. For a given project, we assign a principal to be in overall charge of the design.

The principal is supported by a senior engineer to fulfill the day-to-day duties as “Project Manager”. The senior engineer at his disposal, designers and drafters to help produce the documents according to the project schedule.

Construction

Though our construction a relatively small part of the entire construction industry, is a very important component. We develops a detailed project plan covering staffing, budget control, scheduling, equipment procurement, material selection, quality control and safety. This plan serves as the basis for our approach to the project and assures that the company maintains its commitment to the project goals.

Engineering

Our team produces a flow chart describing the decision process for mechanical issues in order to control the mechanical scope for the project. This flow chart, which includes owner and architect input, then becomes a weekly scheduling tool for our design effort. This process also involves budgeting and constructability issues. As for controlling the scope via drawings and specifications we keep out design finely tuned in the contract document phase. We review with an eye towards completeness eliminating possibilities of overlooked items.
